I heard that one Turkish soap opera called EZEL is very famous in Croatia too . This is my favourite movie. I want to know is there anyone who like and watch it like me:)
I am crying so much when I watch this. Maybe because I have had a girlfriend like EYŞAN! :)

No one questions that....It's just something with Zagor - for some reason that comic manages to provoke passionate responses about art and life in general

By the way, I consider Zagor and other comics as an art

Say that few more times and someone is bound to come along who will say otherwise...after that, all hell breaks loose...you have been warned

I like actresses in soap operas.
Usually they are not too shabby looking

I don't like turkish soap operas, sorry Nemo :)

I am a guy and I watched Ezel everyday. Uncle (Tuncel Kurtiz) is my favorite character, although Haluk Bilginer is good singer.

P.S. I never considered Zagor as an art, God forbid! It´s just more or less good entertainment, with one epic story (Il demone della follia, of course) which tangles art. Well, maybe it is a piece of art, i guess...
Johnny Difool Posted - 14/12/2011 : 12:03:47
You´re absolutely wright! Anyone can do whatever he or she want in a free time, but that´s not my cup of tea. And it doesn´t matter whether it´s a northamerican soap-opera like Santa Barbara or Days of Our Lives, southamericans like Emperatriz, Teresa, Rosalinda, Isaura, who or whatever, or turkis series! I can accept but I can´t understand that, that´s all.

Let's not be too snobbish here. Nothing wrong with daytime soaps unless you confuse them for high art (like people do with, say, Zagor :P). If someone wants to spend his hard earned half an hour of free time watching turkish soaps...let him do it, I say.

My wife watches Yaprak dökümü every day :D

But Ezel is not like 'The young and the restless' :)
Anyway, I just wonder if someone like it as me.
Lucy Liu Posted - 14/12/2011 : 11:19:40
You should probably know that Ezel (and Turkish soap operas in general) are most popular with lonely midle-aged women. This site is run by nerdy middle-aged men who watch series like Dr. Who, Walking dead, Star Trek, etc. so don't expect any of them to reply to your post. But hey,who knows, maybe somebody will say they like it...

yes, favourite show for housewives who have nothing better to do with their time... Nemo, are you a girl?

joke; i guess some people like it.. Why, it's a mystery to me.
