Im a german comiccollector and search the turkeycomic " BRABAXLAR " number 1-9 that was published in the Vatan Gazetesi Büyükdere Cad.No:123 ,Gayrettepe 803000 Istanbul . Phone number:0212 216 7400. I have no chance to order this comics here from germany . Can you help me to buy this comics? Its a rare edition ( the original edition is "Die Abrafaxe" from the Steinchen Verlag Berlin Germany ) . Hi there, Nemo... Do you have any domestic authors and/or series that deserve to be mentioned? The only name that I've found on the Net regarding turkish comics was Ýsmayl Kar.

I want to inform you firstly about some Turkish comics which are popular in Turkey...
There is a KARAOGLAN...The adventures are passing in Middle Asia...Karaoglan is a Turkish warrior which was created by Suat YALAZ. It is publishing by LAL editore, again with a good quality...

TARKAN is another Turkish hero. He grown up with wolves And created by SEZGIN BURAK.

YUZBASI VOLKAN is another hero. He is a pilot in Turkish Air Force. He created by ALI RECAN.

These three comics are the most popular Turkish heroes in here.

I want to mention about some drawers also. ASLAN SUKUR is a drawer who draws the covers of Zagor, Mister No, Martin Mystere...in Turkey.

It is true, epper...If I live in Istanbul, I have more chance to find these comics...I will contact with my friends who are living in Istanbul...I also look to old book salers in my city...

i have that one
but i haven't opened it yet because it's in great plastic bag(it's just a comiccolector's disease),so i don't know is it great or not
one friend of mine was in turkey during the agreession on bosnia & herzegovina and she told me that karaoglan means something like "black son" or something like that.

Dear wiz, you can exchange comics with a Turkish comic fando you know any comic fan from Turkey?or you can buy from sellers in Istanbul. If you want, I can give the mail address ot phone number of a saler from Istanbul... The cost of sending comics to Slovenia or any other states, is changing according to weight of the package.

Dear Verter, you are right...Karaoglan means black boy Karaoglan is also published in France and Algeria under the name of KEBÝR...
