| jesam. runaways, ex machina i naravno y the last man su mi bili odlični. ali onaj zadnji wolverine kojeg je radio sa rissom mi baš nije bio nešto. tako da sam malo izgubio povjerenje u njega kad su u pitanju x-likovi. sječam se kad je to izlazilo i da mi nije bilo ni toliko da skinem sken. sad barem imam nešto na lageru za kad nema ništa dobro od nove robe :) |

| Eh, u usporedbi sa X-franšizom 1990-ih, Morrisonovi New X-Men i Milligan/Allredovi X-Statix (pa čak i Caseyjevi Uncanny X-Men) su bili dašak svježine. I više od toga. Napokon je netko nakon Claremonta napravio nešto s tim mutantima što ima smisla. |

Claremont mi je necitljiv sa onolikom kolicinom bespotrebnog teksta po stranici. Kapiram da je za to vreme to bilo normalno, tako da manje vise svi superherojski stripovi koji dolaze iz tog perioda i ranije su bezvredno smece.
Morison mi jednostavno ne lezi sta god da pise.
Citao sam neki intervju, gde sav uzbudjen kaze kako je, radeci na betmenu, svesno isao da bude tesko razumljiv i da je zapravo pisao za one koji ce dok citaju da konsultuju vikipediju i stripove od pre 20 godina da bi povezali reference.
To jednostavno kod mene ne prolazi, jer to nije namena stripova. Opsesivno citanje i studiozno proucavanje "dubokih misli" autora, praceno masturbiranjem kada se dodje do poente, nisu my cup of tea.
Naravno to ne znaci da ocekujem banalnost od stripova, onda bi uzivao u staroj old school superherojtini, vec jednostavno za mene strip mora da bude na prvom mestu zabavan, a posle toga moze sve ostalo kao plus. |

Ti si jedini stripofil kojeg znam koji će nešto bezrezervno prozvati smećem ili govnom.
Ok, načitao sam se i ja loših stripova, ali nikad ih ne bih tako nazvao. Mislim, kad netko za nešto kaže da je govno, onda očekuješ da je to ZBILJA loše.

Eh sad, nisam rekao govno vec izmet, sto je ipak sofisticiraniji termin.
Nisam citao Nextwave, mada Ellisa volimm i cenim . I on zna da izbaci malo izmeta iz sebe, poput Gravela.
Evo bas cu baciti pogled na Nextwave, mislim da ga imam negde na disku. |

Teodor Sterdžen je rekao da je 95% SFa smece a da to vazi i za 95% svega ostaloga.

Sa stripovima nikad nisam na čistu po tom pitanju. Ok, neki strip ima lošu priču. Ali što kad taj strip istodobno ima dobar ili čak fenomenalan crtež? Ili obrnuto?
Tako je sa većinom stvari koje pročitam. Uvijek mi je teško reći za neki strip da je zbilja, ZBILJA loš. Ok, osim Liefeldovih uradaka. |

Već dugo smo zapitani - dokle je moguće crpiti stare teme, ponavljati se, varirati jedno te isto, biti nekreativan, ne stvarati ništa suštinski novo i drugačije? Hoćemo li u nedogled, kroz decenije i vekove čitati o istim herojima koji se sukobljavaju sa istim neprijateljima i kako je moguće da to čitaocima jednom ne dosadi?
Odgovor je u sledećem - strip industrija računa na nove mlade čitaoce, koji nisu rođeni u vreme prethodnih generacija i nisu pratili superheroje ranije. Njima se mora podilaziti i stalno ih treba uveravati kako su novi stripovi moderniji, savremeniji, kvalitetniji, a da su nekadašnji prevaziđeni.
Mogu Marvel i DC da nude čitaocima i prvenstveno stare stripove, ali znaju da to dugoročno vodi do smrti superherojskog žanra. Nije u pitanju njihova briga da bi mladi autori ostajali bez posla, već oni znaju da masovna publika (bilo čega, pa i stripa) i ne zna šta je zaista vredno i ne zanima je, njima je bitno da je savremeno i da njihovi heroji "žive" u njihovo vreme, radi lakše identifikacije.
Prava istina je da su nekada superherojski stripovi bili zaista originalni i značajni, kao što je to bio i rock'n'roll na svom nastanku, kako nikada kasnije neće biti, ali to može da interesuje šačicu ozbiljnijih stripofila, dok savremene čitaoce treba ubediti da su najnoviji doživljaji superheroja do sada i najbolji, a za 10-20 godina novi čitaoci će se smejati zastarelim i glupim stripovima koji izlaze danas, a najbolji će biti oni iz njihovog vremena.
A u suštini, biće to opet samo novo prepakivanje starog sadržaja za nove generacije. |
