ako ćemo sudit po ocjenama s IMDB-a, remake je izgleda bolji od originala, što je rijetkost.

High Plains Drifter je odlican. Comancheros je bzv.
Ko igra za raju, i zanemaruje taktiku, zavrsit ce karijeru u nizerazrednom Vratniku.

Comancheros je nedavno bio na TV-u, mislim da su ga emitirali u sklopu Filmskog butika.

Jučer je bio Comancheros ujutro... Dobar i duhovit film. Sad sam se uvjerio definitivno da se autor nadahnuo tim filmom, likove, zaplet, pa čak i pojedini momenti iz filma se pojavljuju. Indijanski poglavica Željezni Trbuh s oklopom od konkvistadora je također bio tamo...

bez obzira kaj obrađuju istu temu ne bi ih trebalo uspoređivati jer naglasak jednog i druge verzije nije na istim stvarima.....novija verzija ide puno više u širinu problema, na bazira se samo na odnosu dvojice glavnih likova kao prvotna verzija. Obje verzije su vrlo dobre i vrijedne gledanja!

Ni meni nije loš film, jedina zamjerka...u filmu se koriste winchesterke kojih početkom 40-ih godina 19. st. još nije bilo, a i revolveri koji se koriste u filmu po svom dizajnu ne odgovaraju njegovom vremenu radnje. Inače, film mi je OK.

odličan film, ali koliko je bas vestern to je upitno......više avantura smiještena u planine američkog srednjeg zapada.

The War Wagon je jako mila uspomena iz detinjstva. Kriminalno neozbiljan film i kvalitetna sprdacina, ujedno i poslednje uparivanje Kirka i Dukea, pre toga su saradjivali u In Harm's Way i, na koji minut, u Cast a Giant Shadow.
Ko igra za raju, i zanemaruje taktiku, zavrsit ce karijeru u nizerazrednom Vratniku.

- jedan od zadnjih tiomkina i zsdnjih suradnji s ned washingtonom (high noon)
i sam soundtrack je ono što je i film ležerna, prijemčiva razbibriga....ono što je nevjerojatno je koliko je ukrajinac (kozak?)
kužio divlji zapad ...sam je govorio stepa je stepa je stepa...i podario nam neprevaziđene zvuke westerna - od alama (vjerojatno najboljeg tiomkinova rada, ako zanemarim zasad neuhvatljivi tension at table rock) OK Corala,TOČNO u podne i Hustonovih nepomirljivih, WAR WAGON JE zvukovni klasik, a i filmski makar kao razbibriga

Uz gore spomenuti "The War Wagon", koji ide u subotu na HTV1 u 8:10, u nedjelju u 00:40 (bolje reći ponedjeljak) na HTV2, po tko zna koji put u zadnje vrijeme, emitirat će se "Ulzanin prepad".
Kako vidim u TV programu, sljedeći četvrtak u 10:45 na HTV2 ide "Destry ponovo jaše" (western iz 1939.), a u sljedeći petak u 10:45 na HTV 2 "Bitka u apaškom klancu".
