Ni Monty Python ni Saturday Night nisu sitkomi, već skup skečeva, ali nemamo gde drugde da ih stavimo.
Zato je manhunter nazvao kategoriju "sitkomi/humorističke". |

Ne znam zašto, ali Monty Python mi više ide u serije, nego šou programi Dejva, Beni Hila i drugih.
Valjda zato što su sezone kod nas davane kontinuirano, a šou-i povremeno (i parcijalno). A ima nešto i do koncepta. |

Na primer:
U Monti Pajtonu se glumci nikad ne pojavljuju kao oni privatno, dok u show-programima se bar na početku (a kod Dave Alena i tokom celog showa) komičar pojavi tj bude najavljen kao realna ličnost, ne uloga, pa održi neku uvodnu govoranciju itd. |

A sad, drugi deo.
SNL ima jako puno epizoda, pa je mešano meso, ali najbolje je odlično, i u tom smislu, kao i zbog uticaja na američku televizijsku komediju, dajem mu relativno visoko mesto.
Donji deo liste je skroz promenljiv, što znači da bi sutra, kada bih u međuvremenu pogledao nešto novo ili čak samo osvežio sećanje starim, mogao biti sasvim drugačiji. Ispalo je tako da su tu serije koje spadaju u podžanr mokumentarca, što nije meni omiljen pristup, ali eto. Onda sam se setio da smo zaboravili da predložimo Arrested Development i Flight of the Conchords. Duuuh!
Jedino mi je čudno da je Community toliko opskuran među domaćom publikom, kada su prve tri sezone smešnije od mnogih ovde pomenutih serija uzetih zajedno. Možda nekom deluje kao produkcija u ime rasne raznovrsnosti, ali zapravo je sasvim suprotno. Serija koristi tu masku da se podsmeva sama sebi.
S druge strane, možda se baš kod smešnih stvari ukusi najviše razlikuju.
