Po mom misljenju najveci americki kantautor, najveci tekstopisac ikada! Za mene je ispred Boba Dilana. Kris je bio legenda. Bas me je pogodila ova vest, ali odsvirao je Kris svoje, imao je pozamasne godine i kao sto rece vukozec imao je tako sadrzajan i uzbudljiv zivot kao da je ziveo tri zivota.
Pamticu ga pored muzike naravno i po filmovima. Pat Garet i Bili Kid, Zvezda je rodjena, Lone Star, Heavens Gate, Donesite mi glavu Alfreda Garsije, Konvoj... Legenda! Mislim da mu je uloga Bilija Kida najbolje pristajala i verovatno njegov najbolji film, tu je otelotvorio sve ono sto se trudio da predstavlja i u pravom zivotu iskrenog slobodnog coveka.

Od Highwaymena ostao je samo jos Willie Nelson!


Da ne spominjem koliko mi je njegova muzika pomogla u teskim trenucima u zivotu.
Hvala ti na svemu Krise!
