To je za četiri Fantagraphicsove knjige i skuplje je. Mislim, da je loša odluka za izdavanje.
Neka neko izdaje kolornog Floyda Gottfredsona i počne u četrdesetima, ne prije. Od tamo negdje gdje je obukao Miša u odječu. Volio bih imati Igu Beevu u kolornom izdanju ali ne postoji. Fantagraphics je štampao cb i samo dve knjige kolornih nedaljnih strana. |

Gdje neće biti skuplje kad je 40 cm visine i preko 4 kile žive vage 
Istovjetno Fantagraphicsovo Deluxe izdanje Don Rosinog The Complete Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck ima cover cijenu 250 USD.
Inače, za razliku od Fantagraphicsovog izdanja Barksovih stripova koji koriste "remasterirani" kolor, ovo Taschenovo izdanje sadrži reprodukcije originalnih stripova, što je isto potencijalno nekima interesantno.
Slično kao kod Taschenovih izdanja Marvelovih stripova, vjerojatno se kasnije može očekivati i XL izdanje manjih dimenzija i cijene, a i ovo XXL će vjerojatno nakon par ciklusa redovnih akcija naletiti po nižoj cijeni.
Inače, zanimljivo da Taschen ovo zove Disney Comics Library, što po meni implicira upravo da bi mogli imati više različitih autora i likova u toj ediciji (dakle ne samo Barksa i ne samo patke). |
