Psyched about letting you know that we have recorded a new album called "Värähtelijä"! It will be out through Svart Records and 20 Buck Spin on the 26th of February. Below is the track list and some words on what to expect.

"Värähtelijä is continuing where we left off with Valonielu. But it plunges deeper into the pitch black hypnosis, combines progressive song structures to more free and flowing parts. At the same time, it’s the heaviest and the most atmospheric album we`ve done so far. The fusion between different ends of spectrum reveals new realities we`ve never discovered before. We really wanted this album to go to new places and to be the crossover album of genres we always wanted to do.

To further boost the idea, the album was done with Julius Mauranen who had previously done lots of Finnish shoegaze and indie pop albums. I think it’s safe to say that this is by far the heaviest stuff he has done and for us, working with a guy like him stretched our sound to way more dynamic and trippy horizons."

Hehe da. Najbolji bend u zadnjih 10ak godina. Oba albuma su jako inspirirani (da ne kažem coveri) Vox Vulgarisom - A shape of medieval music ali nema veze.

da ne otvaramo novi topic (nekako mi ne pasu ovi R.I.P. topici)?


iznenadilo me, ipak sam mislio da ce prije otici starka s kosom nego Lemmy, da ce u njezino ime ispiti jos jedan Whiskey (bocu naravno) na njezinom sprovodu

Vjerojatno bih išao (najviše zbog Krisiuna) ali nemam kako nazad nakon koncerta, a nema šanse da opet spavam u vagonu i smrznem se k'o pička kao što je jednom bio slučaj (također bio 4. mjesec).

Neki dan je bilo 20 godina od izlaska Dark Funeral albuma The Secrte of the Black Arts, jednog od značajnijih u black metal povijesti.

Bilo je i 20 godina od izlaska Napalm Death albuma Diatribes.
Taj album ne kotira baš dobro kod fanova jer donosi određene stilske promjene koje će se više-manje zadržati i na slijedeća 2 Inside the Torn Apart i Words from the Exit Wound.
U svakom slučaju, evo najbolje stvari sa Diatribesa.

meni je Diatribes sasvim poslusljiv album (Dogma mi nije naj stvar sa njega :D), ove godine ('96) sam ih prvi put gledao kod nas, jos je to bilo zajedno sa At The Gates koji su ih zasjencili
drukcije mi je Fear, Emptiness, Despair njihov najbolji (i najdrazi) album, iako sam vise za americki stil DM pa bi mi samim time u principu vise trebala odgovarati Harmony Corruption ali mi je previse "Morrisound" (mada Suffer the Children jos danas rula)

Nije valjda da ti je Greed Killing najbolja na Diatribesu.
To je toliko izlizana stvar, isto kao i Breed to Breathe na Inside the Torn Apart (valjda su ih zato stavili kao uvodne trackove).

Nego, slušam zadnjih par dana novi Megadeth - nisam previše očekivao jer nisam nekakav fan (a ni par prethodnih albuma mi nije baš leglo), ali vrlo sam ugodno iznenađen. Mislim da je prvenstveno zbog Adlera, no i rifovi/solaže su većinom sjajni, brzog tempa i solidno kompleksni. Sve u svemu: izvrsno!

Prošlo je već 20 godina od izlaska EP-a Kampfar od istoimenog norveškog pagan black benda, dotična stvar je bila moj prvi susret s njime.
