Ako ste propustili vestern-hororčinu Bone Tomahawk (ko vam je kriv) još igra dobitnik Sundancea Slow West, prekossutra stiže Tarantino, pa Revenant, a valjda će onda doći i Jane Got a Gun sa Natalie Portman i Forsaken sa Southerlandima.

Pogledao ga ovih dana.

Randolph Scott mi je jedan od dražih junaka klasičnog vesterna, no njegovi su filmovi krajnje jednostavni, naivni i ne odveć kvalitetno izvedeni.
Coroner Creek je tipična pričica o osveti, Scott glumi tog osvetnika, ponegdje grubijana, kojemu nitko ne želi stati na put. Strah od njega koji je jedan lik pokušao dočarati ispao je smiješan. Najbolju je ulogu u filmu ostvario Wallace Ford kao simpatični radnik Andy.
Za lijeno subotnje jutro film je idealan. Kao i za Scottove fanove.

Pogledo sinoć The Bone Tomahawk. Dosta spor, uspavljujuć film, do trenutka kad Kurta Russella zarobe ljudožderi. Ne znam čemu toliki hvalospjevi.

Evo ja upravo odgledao Bone Tomahawk! I mogu samo da kazem jebote kakva filmcina!

Ovo uopste nisam ocekivao, ovakvo ludilo, ovoliku napetost i ovoliki uzas stvarno nisam ocekivao. Mozda sama prica filma i nije nesto, ali sve nadomescuje fantasticnom atmosferom, sjajnim dijalozima i odlicnom kamerom.
Apsolutno preporucujem film!

Konacno pogledao ovaj vikend ... kof kof nasao kof kof ...
Nazalost odgledao u dva pokusaja posto sam poceo prilicno kasno i oci mi se zatvarale, pa me pocetak i nije nesto "zagolicao", ali sljedeci dan je zato na kraju sve spalo na svoje mesto. Heh he, takvih dana (skoro pa) vise ne rade.
Ne znam zasto sam se na kraju prisjetio Paths of glory, posto nemaju toliko skupnih tacaka (osim onog ljudskog, ici preko tijela).


A kakav je ovaj njegov drugi (prvi) redateljski film? Nesto me opis i ne interesira ali vrijedi li?

˝Track of the Cat˝ ustvari nije pravi Western, više je moderna drama gdje još zamalo da ne očekuješ auta na zavoju. Gleda san ga davno, uopče nije loš, grupa ljudi lovi protivnika i u tom lovu sami stradavaju i usput preispituju svoje živote i šta su do sada (u tom istom) postigli. Nije loš, čak i u današnje vrime, zaslužuje gledanje.
