Racunaj 40-45% manje od bruta i to ti je na ruke.

Potpuno je nebitno,činjenica je da samo u KBC Split fali 100 sestara. Jel odlaze u Njemačku,Dansku ili Paragvaj nije važno. Ovde ih nema.

Zanimljivo (brutalno!) da je razlika cak za 1.000 € bruto među pokrajinama!


Znaci, kod Svaba nema javnog sektora ocigledno. Sve zavisi u kojoj pokrajini zivis i nema veze ako ne radis u privatnom sektoru.


Ili to znaci da su u nekim pokrajinama samo mlađe sestre bez napredovanja i radnog staza pa zato cak za toliko nize place?

To su ti sve gluposti lwoode. Onaj tko zbog priziva savjesti ne radi abortus dužan je usmjeriti ženu suradniku u sustavu koji to radi. Npr. Sveti Duh ne radi abortuse, ali zato imaju potpisanu suradnju s Vinogradskom gdje se to radi.

O kategoriji priziva savjesti se može raspravljati, ali govoriti o tome da žene u Hrvatskoj ne mogu učiniti abortus je neistina.

U privatnom sektoru place su nize 10%. Privatnici nisu vezani za tarifne ugovore.
