Content: "Waltz with Bashir" by Ari Folman is the first animated feature-length documentary. Based on real interviews and events, the journey into his past director Folman - visualized on fantastic and thrilling way - a journey into the youth culture of the 80s and the West Beirut during the first Lebanon war.

Every night dreams Boaz - so he tells his friend, the director Ari - of 26 dogs who want to pursue and kill him. A nightmare that has something to do with the first Lebanon War of 1982. But Ari can remember almost nothing, although he as a 19-year-old was there. He undertakes a journey into the past, interviewed former soldiers, war reporters, psychologists and friends. Everyone carries a photograph of the person that does not let go of him. Step by step, Ari the repressed memory until he is faced with the question of what role he played in the massacre in the Palestinian refugee camps of Sabra and Shatila.

Film sam gledo prosle godine. Bio mi je dosta naporan, jedva sam ga zavrsio.

Nadam se da je strip bolji dozivljaj od filma.
