Od raka pluća u 71. godini je preminuo veliki Joe Cocker, umjetnik koji je kao uzore navodio Raya Charlesa i Lonnieja Donegana.

Bio mi je strašno drag, a nažalost ga nikad nisam slušao uživo.

Neka mu je laka zemlja...
Ja necu imati s kim ostati mlad ako svi ostarite,
i ta ce mi mladost teško pasti...
