Na današnji dan prije 32 godine: Legendarni “Fićo” otišao je u historiju



Prije tačno 32 godine – 18. novembra 1985. – prestala je proizvodnja Fiće, automobila koji je motorizirao bivšu Jugoslaviju.






Tokom nešto manje od tri decenije u Kragujevcu je napravljeno 923.487 primjeraka
legendarnog modela koji je originalno – kao Fiat 600 – predstavljen u martu 1955. godine,
prenosi “Radio Sarajevo“…


Automobil s dvoje vrata, prtljažnikom naprijed te motorom i mjenjačem straga pokretao je
tečno hlađeni 4-cilindrični motor zapremine 633 kubika, snage 21,5 KS.


Iste godine potpisan je licencni ugovor o proizvodnji Fiata 600 u Jugoslaviji. U vrijeme kada
se pojavio novi automobil, u listu “Borba”, glasilu Socijalističkog saveza radnog naroda Jugoslavije,
izlazio je kratki strip Kurir Fića (autor Milorad Dobrić) u kojem je glavni junak blago i duhovito
kritikovao devijacije u društvu.


Sve se poklopilo s nekom vrstom deminutiva od FIAT i nastao je nadimak Fićo koji je potpuno
istisnuo zvaničnu oznaku automobila, slično Volkswagenovoj “bubi” i Citroenovoj “žabi” ili “spačeku”.


Probna serija od 25 vozila napravljena je 1956. godine, nakon čega je Fićo stalno unaprijeđivan
i poboljšavan. Posljednja evolucija bila je Zastava 850, predstavljena na beogradskom auto salonu
1980. godine, najjači serijski Fićo (35 KS), s motorom iz kombija Fiat 850T.
