RIAA i MPAA i takve slične organizacije se mogu boriti protiv piraterije, mogu ukolnite tu i tamo po neki sajt ili torent traker ali sve se to opet pojavi negde drugde. Piraterija umreti neće.

mene iskreno najviše zanima tko se uopće sjetio te ideje da se ide suzbijat ta piraterija na netu?

jer realno, koliko to ilegalno skidanje raznih sadržaja već traje? i nekoj budali je odjednom palo na pamet da bi internetskom piratstvu odjednom trebao doć kraj...

što se Pirate Baya tiče, teško da će on bit ugašen. jer on je u praksi legalna stranica (zato što su njeni autori iz Švedske, i downloadanje sadržaja preko torrenta se tamo ne smatraju ilegalnim).

Rights Alliance - pravna grupacija koja se brine za prava filmskih i glazbenih studija (znači ne za prava redatalja, glumaca, pjevača i producenata, već samo korporacija) je zaprijetila tužbom Piratskoj stranci u Švedskoj (koja je de jure vlasnik Pirate Baya) suđenjem.

No problema nema, Piratska Stranka Norveške i Piratska Stranka Katalonije preuzimaju Pirate Bay

U španjolskoj se trenutno tolerira internet skidanje bez dodatne zarade kasnije i bez javnog prikazivanja, to jest smiješ skidat za sebe, koliko sam upućen kazne za daljne rasparčavanje su dosta, dosta stroge

Evo, torrenti su još živi... Nije baš da ih je nestalo. Više se zatvaraju oni hosting servisi poput megauploada i sličnih.

ma njim ima vise nego ikad zapravo :D

samo eto rapid i megupload ne rade, ali ostalih ima

takodjer dotcom sad radi na mega.com - ciji koncept je zasigurno buducnost

Although Demonoid remains shut down, an unofficial website based on Demonoid's databases was launched on May 7, 2013. The site went live at http://www.d2.vu/ with hosting provided by the U.S.-based service RamNode.

d2's administrators stated, "No former admins have been involved with this rebranding or launch. This effort is independent and undertaken entirely for the benefit of the community."

Based on a Demonoid backup, d2 contains Demonoid's torrent and user databases, and is initially open to former members only; no new invitations are being generated, for now.

All previously registered Demonoid users can login using their already existing accounts with the same password and username that they had on Demonoid. Unlike Demonoid, d2 has no user forums, and to minimize legal risk, the site has no torrent tracker; all torrents instead use public trackers.

d2's hosting provider, RamNode, initially suspected d2 was hosting malware and threatened suspension, but has since amended this claim, saying malware probably came from a remote banner ad.

U Njemačkoj kazna za ilegalan download oko 900 eura.
Dolazi li tako šta i kod nas?
Opomene od provajdera?
Treba li kažnjavati osobe koje skidaju ili koje postavljaju nelegalan sadržaj na net?
Razmišljanja...

Za nikakve kazne ja kod nas nisam čuo, ali da, u razvijenijim europskim zemljama zakoni su oko toga vrlo rigorozni.

Za Njemacku nisam siguran, ali u domovini pirat baya moze se skidati bez ogranicenja-i bez kazni ,sto je zapravo I najbitnije. Otprilike, ista situacija kao kod nas😊
