I hope you get the respond from the people here. We do have some internationally published artists and writers here, so if you're not too busy :)

I’m very happy because people like you from other countries are interested for our site.
What kind of comics you read in Lithuania. Do you have Bonelli comics (Zagor ,Dylan Dog, Marty , Tex……). Boneli is very popular in all our countries from ex-yu….
I think is good idea to make one topic in english for foreign members…

Well I big fan of your site and this forum. Next thing I symphatize for your region of Europe. So I am here.. ant it's not my first topic here
About comics in Lithuania, we have only Disney stuff and magazine "Witch" (the same as you have too). But I think such comics as Dylan Dog would be realy popular in Lithuania too. But nobody wants to risk publish it, comics are not very proftibale and popular here. 
So we with our site want to popularize comics art in my country. |

But maybe who knows...
Let me say that the demo looks great, and though i didnt understan much i'm right there behind you!!!
i'm not into publishing or writing or drawing of the comics (i'm a collectionar, and proud of it!!!  ), and am not too good with the computer either but anything else, i'm here

Thank you very much for your kind words about not finished site. It's really great to hear. All layout (logo too) is done by me. Little Pagan (as we call our devil) done by great lithuanian cartoonist Okas (who lives now in USA). I am not artist (just few tryings you can see on my site http://www.aktv.lt/~skrusna/mano/manokuryba.htm )I am comics fan and collector as you. And my dream that situation of comics art here would be better.
Any help is welcome. We lack information (about comics personages, them profiles), we lack comics , comics strips... we lack experience.
So.. if somebody could help uas with it,we would very thankful.

Yep, I am the same Saulius (mostly I coresponded with one of your crue- Jakob Klemencic, still we keep in touch), which did not much for STRIPBURGER, just one strip and one article for STRIPBUREK.. 
Last what I received was WARBURGER and it's shame for me, that I didn't reviewed of it on my site... But I think in www.komiksai.com such things will never happen.
Darko, we need everything, advices, contacts with artists, short comics strips or articles about comics art, history, essays... I don't know... we just starting and as yoy see from site design it's orientized for mainstream comics, but underground artisticly comics are welcome too. For sample now I am translating article (Jerzy Szylak from Poland) about american underground history.
So Darko any wise word from you and STRIPBURGER is very welcome.

I am almost year here in this forum, since 1988 (it's not mistake) I am corresponding by post with people from your part of Europe. But I can just to understand what is written and just only in comics.
Which language I must learn, advice me, slovenian, serbo-croatian, or maybe absolutelly other? |

Serbo-croatian! I really mean that because almoust every Slovenian understand that (our) language.

"Ja volim stripove!" which means: "I like comics!" 
And also one question for you. What comics do you collect if you have only Disney and Witch in your country?

i think that we can make a correspondence maybe between this site and your site. we here have a lot of stories about the history of comicbook characters, their authors, the publishing etc. if the authors of these texts themselves dont mind, translation of these texts to english and then by you to lithuanian is possible. ofcourse, there is a little problem of our webmaster here who might not agree - he has been very 'in the bad mood' lately :;) - but to hell with him :)))))))))

Well what comics you say? It's not important that they must be published in my country. Almost all comics I am buying or trading from Poland and rest buying from USA or France by internet. |

Well I've heard that www.stripovi.com have problem with webhosting, it's pitty that I can't help in this case.
It would be great to read that articles in english language. Maybe it would be even helpful for "Stripovi"? |
