To nije jedini film o Zagoru. Ima više Zagorovih filmova.
Sve su snimljene u Turskoj. Prvi film režirao je Mehmet Aslan. Zbog velikog uspjeha, snimljena su 1972. još dva: Zagor - Crna nevolja i Zagor - Zlato Crnog gusara, koje je režirao Nisan Hanceryan. Zagoru je dao lice Levent Caky'r. Zanimljivo je da nikada nisu placena autorska prava za orginalni strip.

Ja bi za Zagora stavio Lesli Nilsena. Mislim da kad bi on izasao iz one prcvarnice u mocvari u onom Zagorovom odelu, da bi se ja momentalno usrao od smeha... Goli pistolj i ostale budalestine su vrh... Ali ideja za Entonija kao Helingena je vrh, vrh vrhova...
