Malo je pretjerao s definicijom ako mene pitaš. Ali da je dobar - bome je. Meni je najace na 1:30 Ono je nevjerojatno. |

a sad jedno pitanje: kako izgubiti salo na trbuhu, a da se ne izgubi i mišicna masa? |

Ja iman slican problem dobio sam na mišicno masi podosta vidno...buni me trbuh u zrcalu jasno se vide 3 reda plocica a kad pogledam sam sebe vidi se da je to iskocilo da sam dobio trbuh ne pretjerano ali zaokruzeno da.Pokusavam trcat i radit trbusnjake. |

raspitao sam se krivo je trcati jer se smanjuje i misicna masa najbolje da hodas brzinom od 6-7km/h uz nagib od 15% po mogucnosti sto duze, ako imas pokretnu traku ovo nije problem namjestiti, u suprotnom se posluzi uzbrdicom |

Po meni,premlad si za tegove.Znaci freestyle sklekovi,vratilo,plivanje(možda da upišeš vaterpolo,cini mi se da ima na Incelovom)! |

Trenirao sam vaterpolo... Bilo je super ali nisam mogao stizati od skole... Sada imam i problema sa koljenima (bolovi rasta ) |
