Da vas tu pitam...
Zanima me znate li za ijedan noviji bend (tipa da im je prvi album izaša kroz zadnjih 5 godina) koji svira stariji đir rock'n'rolla kakvoga su Beatlesi svirali, al da također ima i njihovu dozu psihodelije u muzici?

Padaju mi na pamet bendovi koji ne sviraju stari đir, ali imaju neke niti poveznice s Beatlesima; Rebel Star, oni sviraju klasičniji, pjevni i pomalo plesni pop-rock (ali nema psihodelije kod njih). Fleet Foxes mogli bi ti se svidjeti, kod njih ima i klasičnog rocka, i neo-folk-rocka, a na trenutke se nađe malo ugodne, relaksirajuće psihodelije. Wayfarer i Cults ne djeluju toliko starinski, ali mene nekako po zvuku podsjećaju na razigraniju fazu Beatlesa. The Walkmen bi ti možda dobro sjeli?

Sviraju malo duže od 5 godina, rocka i distorzije ima, psihodelije malo manje.

PARADISE LOST - Tragic Idol

Nakon odličnoga zadnjeg albuma "Faith Divides Us - Death Unites Us" dobili smo još jedan odličan album ovih engleza. Nakon par slušanja moran priznat da nije ništa slabiji od prethodnika, te da još uvik vuku teške riffove sa masu melodije koja meni osobno totalno odgovara. Ko stvari koje najviše iskaču bi izdvojia Fear of Impending Hell, Honesty in Death i In This We Dwell. Definitivno se isplati poslušat.

Vrlo vjerovatno je da je rijec “genijalno“ koristena u puno pogresnih aspekata i placenickih komercijalnih prezivljavanja, no uho prepoznaje , a um zna..ovo je genijalan album..bez dvojbe.
