Bivši sam sportaš, nešto takmičarski, puno toga rekreativno. Od kada sam se zaposlio "za ozbiljno" prije 12 godina, uglavnom sam zapostavio sport. Pa mi je prije par mjeseci došlo da malo vježbam. Imam skoro 44 godine, ali nisam spreman predati se tako rano. Fitness u bilo kojem obliku se pokazao kao pogodan jer mi ne treba grupa ljudi kao za ekipne sportove pa čak ni 2 čovjeka za 1 na 1 sportove. Ne treba vam nitko, samo dobra volja, a oblici vježbanja i ostajanja u formi mogu biti razni. Teretana, trčanje u prirodi, kalistenika u parku, vježbanje kod kuće, aerobik, plivanje u lokalnom bazenu. Bavite li se nekim vidom tjelovježbe i čime? Pazite li na prehranu, kilogrami, savjeti? Koji su vaši ciljevi? Uglavnom, šta god ima u tom smislu, napišite ovdje.

Posal mi je dovoljno aktivan da uopće neman potribe za nečim posli toga. Al ako sidiš 7,8 uri na poslu,onda obavezno moraš nešto fizički. |

Posle nove godine imao sam pritisak 200/140 i 9 šečera u krvi. Ne pretjerujem, u dva tedna, pao pritisak na 137/90 i malo manje šečera-oko 7 u krvi. Težina 95 kg, izgubio na 90 kg. Inače šok za tijelo ali promenuo sam prehranu, hleb samo punozrnati rženi, svaki dan sam išao u brdo-čisto micanje za oko pola-do sat na dan, ostavio pivicu(alkohola več davno nisma pio osim piva)-pivo ima slad i šečer, svatko toliko popijem po dcl cvička-crvenno vino, hrana- ujutro musli-koji ima samo do 5,0 šečer(gledaj kutiju-ako piše, ne piše svugdje)-uzimam posebno pakirane-i još jeftinije kosmiče, onda uz to kozji jogurt ili kefir, pa malo lana i čia sjemenki i malo cimeta, uz jabuka, ručak sve što mi paše na voku a osnova je prženi luk, večera jogurt običan(ne sa vočem) i unutra naseckan češnjak-česen, a izmedju grickanje raznih oraščiča, poneko voče itd. Odpikao sol,šečer,slatkiše, brzu prehranu, gazirano piče več dugo ne pijem, osim puno vode i poneku radensku sa manje mjehuriča. Osječanje puno bolje nego prije, zbog šečera u krvi osječao sam se kao ljenjivac. Point je samo promena hrane i micanje moždo do tri-četiri puta na tjedan, bez pretjerivanja. I BINGO :) A, da dobio sam i tablete za pritisak i holesterol(ove više izbjegavam po pola na svake tri dni, morao bi svaki dan i za pritisak isto po pola na 2 dana-morao bi svaki dan). Još uvijek ne vjerujem u kemiju, jer su stranski učinki na tijelo, bolje prirodnim putem. I sestra idr. su bile malo šokirane, kako to? a sestra me pitala i smijala se, kako to česnjak-česen i jogurt zajedno Pa, može se, ako hoče. |

Zdravlje i jest neki logičan krajnji cilj ovako nečega. Smanjivanje rizika od bolesti, ostati vitalan (i živ) što duže. Neki možda vježbaju i radi estetskog dojma. No to je za one koji trebaju izgledati privlačno ženama, na plaži i slično. To je ipak sada već iza mene osobno :-) A opet, možeš izgledato ok. i za sebe samog. |

Čime se baviš? Meni su noge i leđa bili često umorni od dugog stajanja. No primjetio sam da otkada vježbam, imam više snage i za posao. Lakše stojim, lakše nosim, lakše vučem. Nekako nisam ni umoran toliko. Mislio sam da će me vježba dodatno izmoriti i bilo je tako na početku, ali što dalje, sve sam odmorniji i posao mi lakše pada. Ima logike valjda... |

Da, onim najvažnijim sportom ili fitnesom kakao ti kažeš - sexom sa svojom ženom, iako ne bi odbio ni tuđu.

Čime se baviš? Meni su noge i leđa bili često umorni od dugog stajanja. No primjetio sam da otkada vježbam, imam više snage i za posao. Lakše stojim, lakše nosim, lakše vučem. Nekako nisam ni umoran toliko. Mislio sam da će me vježba dodatno izmoriti i bilo je tako na početku, ali što dalje, sve sam odmorniji i posao mi lakše pada. Ima logike valjda...
Puno više ćeš zaraditi šefu, a možda ti povisi i plaću za kunu-dvije.
Šef ne djeli povišice (on je samo gonič robova), to ide iz Zagreba na nivo firme i ovisi o trenutnom stanju raspoložive jeftine radne snage u državi. No, ne vidim kakve to veze ima sa fitnesom? |

Šale zbijaš ti, ne samo ovdje. A ja se malo zajebavam (a zajebancija je uvijek zdrava) i dajem svoj prilog kako ostati u formi. |

Postoji mjesto i vrijeme za sve. Neke temu zahtjevaju zezanje, negdje može i ne mora, a negdje je baš višak. Neki ljudi nemaju osjećaj za te stvari pa se postavljaju isto baš svagdje pa se to zove spamanje. |

Da, ove godine sam se zavjetovao da moram i ja malo početi s fitnesom odnosno odlučio sam se za hiking. Slovenija mi je blizu. Dva tri sata vožnje i već sam u slovenskim alpama koje su stvarno prekrasne.
Evo, ovo je bilo prije dvije godine i stvarno mi je bilo super. Ima nešto u toj prirodi, nešto stvarno regenerativno.

Bajkovito jezero Bled. Destinacija je bila tamo gdje kaže strelica:

Početak je također bajkovit. Ruševina odnosno grad Kamen, koji je dva sata vožnje od Zagreba:

Hodanje je definitivno vid vježbe. I dodao bih hiking po ovakvim lokacijama možda i naljepši vid tjelovježbe. Sretan si što ti je takva ljepota dostupna. |

Alpe su stvarno prekrasne, ali ima lijepih destinacija posvuda. Vjerojatno ima i kod tebe nešto. Ljudi dosta puta ni ne znaju da im je na sat vožnje kakvo bajkovito mjesto. |

Odpikao sol,šečer,slatkiše, brzu prehranu, gazirano piče več dugo ne pijem, osim puno vode i poneku radensku sa manje mjehuriča. Osječanje puno bolje nego prije, zbog šečera u krvi osječao sam se kao ljenjivac. Point je samo promena hrane i micanje moždo do tri-četiri puta na tjedan, bez pretjerivanja. I BINGO :) A, da dobio sam i tablete za pritisak i holesterol(ove više izbjegavam po pola na svake tri dni, morao bi svaki dan i za pritisak isto po pola na 2 dana-morao bi svaki dan). Još uvijek ne vjerujem u kemiju, jer su stranski učinki na tijelo, bolje prirodnim putem. I sestra idr. su bile malo šokirane, kako to? a sestra me pitala i smijala se, kako to česnjak-česen i jogurt zajedno Pa, može se, ako hoče.

Već godinama trčim (relativno kratke relacije) barem 5 puta tjedno i prije mjesec-dva krenuo sam kod kuće sa utezima svaki dan i u tom periodu samo dva puta mi se dogodilo da nisam vježbao sa njima, tako da sam zadovoljan sa napretkom. |
